Condition: There is wear on the upper back corners, a few wear spots on the sides (as shown in the photos), and a few wear spots on the feet; the front part of the seat looks lighter (I'm not sure if this is wear, fading, or the nap of the fabric), the feet are secure and screw tighten well, and there is light fuzz and debris in the button divots. The chair has two spots on one of the sides that may or may not clean off. Please carefully review the photos, as they are an extension of the description.
