Vtg David Anderson Viking Ship Sterling Silver Salt Cellar w/ Spoon + Glass Insert

This David Anderson Norwegian salt cellar is ready to set sail for your next dinner party or soiree. Circa 1930-1950. It features exquisite details of the shields on the sides of the ship and the carved masts. It comes with a tiny salt spoon that has a flat, shovel-like bowl. The tip of the handle of the spoon features an ornate swirled design. The glass insert is intact and comes with the salt cellar and the spoon. The glass insert has two tiny fleabites on one side of the edge (see photos). The piece is stamped on the bottom with a pineapple hallmark, "925 sterling Norway." This piece is super fun and so Scandinavian it hurts!

Condition: The silver has light tarnish and polishes up nicely. The spoon, and silver ship are in excellent conditon with no dings, cracks, or flaws. The glass insert is in good shape and has two fleabites (small chips) on the side top edge (see photos). The hallmark and stamping on the bottom of the piece are easy to read and present. Please carefully review the images as they serve as an extension of the description.

Approximate dimensions:
