Vtg Purple Antropomorphic Cow Sugar Creamer Salt & Pepper Set
This antropomorphic purple cow kitchen set resembles the Bordens mascot "Elsie the Cow." Each piece features a cute, large-eyed cow with purple fur, a flower necklace with a bell in the center around its neck, and adorable little horns. The sugar has a lid, and the tail on the creamer is the handle. The salt and pepper shakers have their plugs. Each piece has a "Made in Japan" sticker on the bottom of it. The sugar and creamer are stamped "T-74" and the salt and pepper are stamped "T-75" on the bottom. There is crazing on the pieces. It's more pronounced on the salt and pepper shakers. There are two, possibly three, manufacturer defects--one on the creamer tail, one on the nose of the creamer cow, and one by one of the eyes on the sugar dish. These adorable little moo-moos would make the most amazing gift for a lover of cooking, baking, or kitsch! Truly a fun one-of-a-kind set!

Condition: There is a manufacturing defect under the eye of the sugar jar cow's eye on one side. The creamer cow has a manufacturer defect on the top of its tail. The creamer cow also has a spot on it's nose that does not go all the way around. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturer defect or something else. It is not rough around the edges but is slightly raised on them. Each piece has crazing. The salt and pepper shakers have more pronounced crazing. The stickers on the bottoms are in various conditions, but all are good overall. The feet on each piece have scuffs and scrapes from sitting on surfaces. Each piece could use a more detailed cleaning with a few dirty spots on them. Please carefully review the images as they serve as an extension of the description.
