Vtg Wegwood Green Jasperware 4 Tiered Table Lamp w/ Brass Base
This four-tiered table lamp by Wedgwood is elegant with its light green Jasperware tiers with white detailing and brass inbetween each layer. The tiers feature delightful little cherubs in a few different scenes inlcuding cuddling outside with another chasing a butterfly in the garden. No harp or shade is included. The lamp is not in working condition and needs to be rewired. A kit to rewire it doesn't cost much and they are fairly easy repairs. The lamp is signed "Wedgwood" under the second tier from the bottom of the lamp. It does have a few scuffs and scrapes, but no chips, cracks, or fleabites. The lamp has on knob on the light socket that clicks on and off with ease. The bottom has four green felt feet. The tiers are approximately 5" in diameter with the exception of the bottom one being approximately 5.25." This would look stellar in a boudoir, office, or general living space. Condition: The signature is easy to read on the second tier from the bottom. The lamp has a few scuffs and scrapes (see photos). There are two reddish colored marks underneath the cherubs on the second from the top tier. The bottom of the lamp base has some rust signs and could use a steel wool clean. The lamp is not in working condition and needs to be rewired. Please carefully review the images as they serve as an extension of the description.
